Personal and Professional Coaching

I offer personal and professional coaching from a holistic perspective where life is seen in its totality. The purpose of coaching is to create the conditions for expanding and growing awareness, happyness and fullfillment in life.

I have developed my own coaching style and approach based on a 4 year training Energies Subtiles with Jan Jansen. I find it important to create space for what truly is. This creates the conditions and awareness to discover limiting images and reaction patterns that are reducing ones presence, happiness and fullfilment.

Coaching is a way to guide somebody towards a predefined goal or even to find out that goal as such. Energy work or healing can be part of individual sessions, which is a powerful enabling tool to develop inner strength, clarity and stability. Furthermore energywork opens the gates to the unconscious levels of ones psyche and allows greater levels of depth. For me the combination of different approaches brings space and a touch of lightness in the relationship.

Practical: please contact me for an appointment (see contact information). Sessions take place in Heverlee (Leuven) or at any location that is convenient. A session usually takes between one and 1,5 hour. There are also 1-day coachings possible, or other flexible solutions.

Als coach werk ik op mijn eigen authentieke manier gebaseerd op een 4 jarige training Energies Subtiles bij Jan Jansen. Daarbij vind ik het belangrijk ruimte te scheppen voor wat aanwezig is bij de ander om zodoende bewustzijn te ontwikkelen in beperkende beelden en conditioneringen. Het universele doel daarbij is stelselmatig meer vrijheid, vreugde, geluk en voldoening te kunnen ervaren en integreren in het leven.

Coaching is een manier om doelgericht (specifiek project of levensdomein) of meer algemeen iemand te begeleiden op zijn pad van persoonlijke groei. Energiewerk (healingwerk) kan eveneens een basis vormen van individuele sessies. Het is een krachtig middel voor heling en ontwikkelen van innerlijke kracht, helderheid en stabiliteit. Bovendien opent energiewerk de poort tot het onbewuste maakt zo grotere diepgang mogelijk. Voor mij schept deze manier lucht, licht en luchtigheid in het contact en bij wat aanwezig is.

Praktisch: een afspraak maken kan via de contactgegevens, sessies vinden plaats in Heverlee (Leuven). Een sessie duurt meestal 1 tot 1,5 uur. Er zijn ook langere sessies mogelijk, uitwerking in onderling overleg.
